Reach out to Sarathi

The issue of mental health has been marred by a lot of stigma and judgment around us thus creating a mental barrier to ask for help. As friends, classmates, or just as people who wave and smile at each other every day, we sometimes know that something is off. We have an intuition that our friend or colleague is not alright and needs help. Sarathi is there to help you in helping people. If you think your friend or colleague is going through some hard times and needs help, Reach out to Sarathi. Please fill this form and let us know. We believe in trust and privacy, and all the details of you and your friend will be kept completely confidential. The details in the form go directly to the counselor and members of GCU have no direct access to this information. We will find a way to reach out in a way that is least invasive. Sarathi is always there for you, but we need your help in reaching out to you.
